I grew up around airplanes in Alaska; my dad was an A&P mechanic and avionics technician. I came to Minnesota for college and met the girl who is now my lovely wife. After college I decided to pursue my pilot’s license, something I’d had in the back of my mind for quite some time (I remember writing a journal entry about wanting to fly in elementary school), but never had the money for. I still don’t have the money, but I’ve been bitten by the bug.
I am a relatively young builder, having started this project at age 23. With some luck, I’ll finish before I’m 50. My education is in music, and I work as the staff recording engineer at a local college, as well as a church musician. I also have a business (since 1999) doing recording & production, along with duplication of CD’s: Pacific Rim Sound.
